Well my site has not been updated for just over a month as a lot has been going on with my life! Firstly for the first part of March I was snowboarding in Austria, which was a great trip. Full news story to follow soon with pictures.
Just before I went away I was taken on by Flexifoil to help with the website & develop a new site so this has been occupying a lot of my time! I had also been training hard for a swimathon but had ended up damaging my left shoulder which had been semi dislocated but not fully out so had to have physio & acupuncture on it.
Towards the end of March I went into surgery to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed, while it wasn’t painful it knocked the seven bells out of me for the following week. Sadly during this my back was pulled and the following week my back went into a very strong spasms around the trapezius muscle area and ended up in A&E to reduce the spasms and to be able to move.

After having a few weeks of intense physio & acupuncture I am back out riding. Last week I went out for a session at Tibenham in the evening and it was great to be back out! No one else was out so was nice to get back out to test body & see how it held out!
Well I am back out again once again so expect regular updates!
