This is the 2nd year in which I have attended this event. This is a great opportunity for kiters to showcase the sport to a wider auidence of extreme sports fanatics. Extreme Eastbourne incroporates all different kinds of sports into one large event held over a weekend.
Saturday brought wind, but was not the cleanest but still allowed us to get out and ride and put on a demo, which is the key factor. SEKA ran over 200 taster sessions getting people onto kites for their first time. During the day we would go out and ride to the max showing what can be done.
The evening we spent relaxing at the campsite with a BBQ put on by SEKA, and with some downhill boarding & buggying from most of the riders.
Sunday was once again a no wind day at a kite event. We tried our best to get kites into the sky but to no luck so we all just relaxed at the coast & travelled home late afternoon.
