Well myself Lewis and Hank have decided that we want to get some snowboarding in this year and have booked a ate deal to Austria at the end of this month.

Having been once before I cannot wait to get back onto the slopes! We are not sure if we will be able to snowkite anywhere but going to lob some gear in anyway and see what happens!!

Neversummer UK have been very kind and leant me a Legacy-R for the trip! Legends! As maxtrack distribute Beyond Snow binding also they have leant me a set of these! These binding are unreal, they are a step in binding to make it easier getting off chair lifts etc… but also have pads on the side of straps not top to make it more comfortable.

Surf-Sales (Dakine UK) have been great and been able to get me a Low Roller bag for the trip! With it being late in season there is very little stock anywhere so thanks for sorting me out with the bag and all other bits for the trip!

Having large feet meant the bindings weren’t quite big enough but after a quick trip to my local snowboard shop Snowfit in Norwich, Chris the shop manager was able to sort out some longer straps so my boots fitted perfectly into the binding! Thanks ever so much to Chris for his help, very appreciated! This is one main reason for supporting local shops in all industries! You never know when you might need their help & expertise.

Now I have to wait 3 weeks then will be out in the snowy mountains of Austria! Stoked!
